Our villa is in a picturesque and upscale community nestled in the foothills of the McDowell Mountains. Known for its stunning desert landscapes, luxurious homes, and tranquil atmosphere, this neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat for residents seeking a serene desert oasis. This is a quiet area where you will only hear the sounds of nature. There are three golf courses within a 5-10 minute drive of us. Eagle Mountain, Desert Canyon & Sunridge Canyon. We are a mile away from the grocery store, a 5 minute drive to the restaurants and shops of Fountain Hills, and a 10 minute drive to Scottsdale. Nature is right outside your door and nearby is the Adero resort that has a restaurant and spa services. You can walk there in 5 minutes. If you like to walk, hike and bike this is a fantastic area. There is an abundance of outdoor activities. Right outside the gates there are trails for hiking and biking. The best way to get around the neighborhood is by car. You'll have access to a 2-car garage. Additionally, you can use Uber or Lyft, although it may not be the most cost effective. You will also enjoy walking or biking in the neighborhood, especially to nearby parks and amenities.
