Our villa is in a picturesque and upscale community nestled in the foothills of the McDowell Mountains. This is a quiet area where you will only hear the sounds of nature. There are three golf courses within a 5-10 minute drive of us. Eagle Mountain, Desert Canyon & Sunridge Canyon. We are a mile away from the grocery store, a 5 minute drive to the restaurants and shops of Fountain Hills, and a 10 minute drive to Scottsdale. Nature is right outside your door and nearby is the Adero resort that has a restaurant and spa services. You can walk there in 5 minutes. If you like to walk, hike and bike this is a fantastic area. There is an abundance of outdoor activities. Right outside the gates there are trails for hiking and biking.
