This was a great location and spot. It was easy to find and park, and get into. House #4 is an upstairs accommodation, with a kitchenette. It was roomy and very clean. Ciel also proactively communicated and was very responsive. The location was about a block from Roosevelt Row, within walking distance. It was also just a few minutes from downtown. Great location.

Ciel’s place was wonderful. Less than a 5 minute drive (or 10-15 minutes walk) to Chase Field and main downtown area. The check-in instructions were clear and the space was clean. Highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Phoenix.

Great place very comfy and cozy , clean. Was close to everything I wanted to go do. I personally didn’t need to reach out because cielos instructions were very clear.

This is a nice little place in a great location—good for restaurants, downtown. and the airport. WiFi, AC, and ceiling fans all work well. (Though I didn't really need AC in February.) I didn't cook, but there's a nice little kitchen. Good value!

The place was very nice and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and the area was good. Alot of places were within walking distance. And parking was perfect. Ill go back Just needs a bigger couch. But it was ok.

Ciel was very responsive and communicated with me leading up to the trip. And the space was really well laid out. I found myself imagining what it would be like to have a house like this for myself in a few years it felt that comfortable.

Great place to stay in the heart of Phoenix. Very responsive and friendly host. There are other units to rent which came in handy for a friend who came with me and were able to be close. We had lots to do and was great to have everything at the house be exactly what was needed with zero issues. Highly recommend!

My classmate and I stayed here for about 2 weeks. Great price for the space and location! Responsive and helpful host plus easy to access the building and ample parking. Already booked again with Ciel for next time we come back to campus. :)

This is the second time I stayed at this place. I am native to Arizona. Staying close to downtown was perfect due to the accessibility to everything. The rooms not having TVs, having an issue connecting the TV downstairs.
